How long does a Custom Blend take?
3-8 business days after you complete your roll-on order.
Do I pay first?
No. You'll complete your consultation first, then check your email for blend confirmation & follow the link from your email to choose your bottle & finish checkout. After order confirmation we create your Custom Blend Roller.
Can I reorder my blend?
Yes, you'll receive a Blend ID with your parcel for easy reorders.
Are reorders the same price?
Reordered Custom Blends cost less than your initial Custom Blend. They are priced the same as curated blends.
How long do reorders take?
Reordered blends are treated like curated blends, therefore they do not take as long as the initial custom blend since your formula is already in our system.
What if I don't like my blend?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
If you're not satisfied with your blend there is an option to make adjustments on your reorder roller blend through the reorder form. If you want significant changes please use the Custom Consultation form to begin a new creation. All custom blends are final sale.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders $50+. You can also unlock complimentary shipping when you become part of The Aura Experience. Through this experience you have the opportunity to earn essence in exchange for different exclusive offerings.
