Custom Atelier orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, as each item is handcrafted specifically for you.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

DyJest is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete & accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim whenever possible.
