How does The Atelier work?
Complete the consultation and tell us what you’d like support with, your scent preferences, and any important details. Using your responses, DyJest thoughtfully handcrafts a custom essential oil roller created specifically for you.
Can I choose whether my blend includes crystals?
Absolutely. Every custom creation is available with or without crystal infusion. Crystal infusion is completely optional & can be selected during checkout.
Are custom creations refundable?
Because every custom creation is handcrafted specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order.
How long does it take?
It can take anywhere from 3-10 business days once your blend is confirmed & you have chose your bottle size & design & your order is complete.
Do I pay first?
No. You'll complete your consultation first, then check your email for blend confirmation & follow the link from your email to choose your bottle & finish checkout. After order confirmation we create your Custom Blend Roller.
Can I reorder my blend?
Yes! Every approved custom creation receives its own blend record, making it easy to reorder your personalized blend whenever you’re ready. You will find your Blend ID with your product upon arrival.
Are reorders the same price?
Reordered Custom Blends cost less than your initial Custom Blend. They are priced the same as curated blends.
How long do reorders take?
Reordered blends are treated like curated blends, therefore they do not take as long as the initial custom blend since your formula is already in our system.
What if I don’t know what I need?
That’s perfectly okay. You don’t need to know which essential oils or crystals to choose. Simply tell us what you’d like support with, & we’ll thoughtfully create a blend based on your consultation.
What if I don't like my blend?
If there are small adjustments you'd like to have made to your blend you may request when reordering through the Reorder My Blend form. There you may request subtle changes you'd like. If these changes are significant then we will notify you via email & you may need to begin a consultation for a new blend.
